FILMTRUST EUROPA’s mission is to build a bridge between professional financial investors and the European film industry.

For the time being FILMTRUST EUROPA has been responsible for the setup and development of an investment company that will act as a private equity fund dedicated to investments in the European film industry. The new company will focus on English spoken genre films such as thriller, action, drama, comedy or children films that are backed in Europe but that are produced for worldwide sales and distribution. The registred name of the investment company coming into being will be BELUGA FILM FUND.

Once the new investment company is in place FILMTRUST EUROPA will be its exclusive management company, responsible for the investment advisory and management, structuring, finance and reporting as well as day to day operations of BELUGA FILM FUND.

Furthermore FILMTRUST EUROPA is a professional manager of European portfolios of film investments and the management of private equity funds and individual investments in the media industry. FILMTRUST EUROPA offers tailor made film investment solutions to institutional and private investors.
